The combination has splay-sun gear wheels (1 - 5) with outlines in an inner profile, where the outlines make possible splaying of sun gear wheels (7, 8) by using a splay unit. Multi-purpose bars have the splay unit that twists the gear wheels (7, 8) to increase base tangent lengths. The base tangent lengths of the sun-gear wheels eliminate a play between duo-gear wheels, planetary wheels and hollow wheels. Spring units are inserted in multi-purpose bars for a motor and a balance wheel.
