<p>Disclosed is a method for easily chamfering and polishing the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of a glass disk at low cost. In this method, a fresh etching liquid (72, 74) is incessantly supplied to the inner circumferential surface (14) and the outer circumferential surface (16) of a glass disk laminate (10), which is obtained by arranging a plurality of glass disks (12) on top of one another, thereby polishing the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface.</p> |
