<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it may be difficult to drive a car by oneself due to various problems such as a problem of a snowy road, a problem of aging and a driving experience when a Japanese or a foreigner rents a car in Japan. <P>SOLUTION: Driving a rental car by proxy enables a person who is incapable of driving or does not want to drive, to freely act, and new demand is increased by this system.
