<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management system, a workflow management method and a workflow management program for timely treating information stored in a user terminal as task related information. <P>SOLUTION: In a workflow management system 100, a management server SV with databases 118-125 manages task composing a workflow and task related information stored in a user terminal PC, and the user terminal PC includes a retrieval request means of user terminal task related information for requesting retrieval of the task related information; a display instruction means of task related information retrieval result for acquiring a retrieval result retrieved in the user terminal PC, processing the retrieval result to data in a predetermined form, and instructing the terminal PC so as to display the data; and a task related information storage means for storing the task related information that is the retrieval result retrieved in the terminal PC in databases 120, 122 as attached documents of the related task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
