摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parking brake system capable of stably performing facing-up with a brake rotation body of a friction material. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission is made to D range, left and right rear wheel are rotated by a drive device of the vehicle, a factory mode is instructed, facing-up is started by operation of PKB switch to a lock position, and a brake shoe is pressed to a drum by smaller operation force in traveling of the vehicle (S1-S8). Although the facing-up is completed by release of operation of the PKB switch, even if the release is not performed, the facing-up is completed after a set time is passed from starting of the facing-up, thereby, excessive facing-up is avoided (S8-S11). If the release is instructed before passing of the facing-up time, the release instruction is ignored within the ignoring time, the release is regarded as no-existence by execution instruction of the facing-up within the ignoring time, and the facing-up is performed for the set time (S22, S23). The facing-up is also stably performed by duty control of feeding of a current to an electric motor and maintenance of a wheel rotation speed at a desired speed (S6, S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
