<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly for a card capable of preventing a second contact terminal from contacting a first card at insertion of the latter, and preventing such damage as buckling of a third contact terminal arranged in the vicinity of the second contact terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The connector assembly is so structured that a first cam plate 11 is provided with an open end 11b through which a second contact terminal 6 capable of contacting a contact part 2a of a second card 2 can protrude from, for moving the second contact terminal 6 away from the first card 1 and a third card 3 as they are inserted, and a pressing part 11d for moving a third contact terminal 7b capable of contacting a second contact part 3b of the third card 3 in a direction away from the first card 1 in accordance with insertion of the latter 1, for instance, in the vicinity of its tip end part 11c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
