<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of supplying both liquid and high-pressure gas by adopting a positive-displacement pump having a novel constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The pump device 10 includes the positive-displacement pump 11. The positive-displacement pump 11 has a liquid supplying pump chamber 12 for sucking and discharging the liquid, a gas supplying pump chamber 13 for sucking and discharging the gas, and a common movable body 14 for contracting the gas supplying pump chamber 13 when the liquid supplying pump chamber 12 is expanded and for expanding the gas supplying pump chamber 13 when the liquid supplying pump chamber 12 is contracted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
