<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp capable of providing a high-grade feeling in terms of design by mixing a mirror finished surface with a semilustrous surface on surfaces of a reflector and an extension; and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In a headlamp HL having a reflector 2 in which an aluminum deposited film is formed on a surface of a resin member, the resin member is molded by using a resin obtained by adding, to a crystalline resin, a filler having a size smaller than a wavelength of visible light, and a smooth surface and a minute irregularity surface are mixed into a surface of the reflector (the resin member) which is molded. The aluminum deposited film is directly deposited on the surface of the resin, and the smooth surface is formed as a mirror finished surface 25 and the minute irregularity surface is formed as a semilustrous surface 24. As compared with a case where the reflector 2 is constituted by only the simple mirror finished surface 25, the semilustrous surface 24 designed in a proper area is present, whereby a lustrous feeling can be suppressed as a whole and a high-grade feeling can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
