PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which may be easily and suitably operated by even an unprofessional or unskilled doctor. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a preliminarily acquired reference image 42, an ultrasonic image 41 being currently imaged, and position information 44 indicating relation between a position of the ultrasonic probe in transmission/reception of ultrasonic waves for producing the reference image 42 and a current position of the ultrasonic probe are displayed on a display part as navigation information.
