PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal noises and vibration resulting from cavitation. SOLUTION: A damping wall 96 is mounted on the outside of a communication port 62 of a partition member 48. The damping wall 96 is plate-shaped and its damping face 96A as part of the plate face includes a shock absorbing material. The damping wall 96 has one end side mounted on the lower side where an orifice 66 extends from the outside of the communication port 62 of the partition member 48. The damping wall 96 is arranged to be inclined to the side of the communication port 62, and its damping face 96A is arranged at a slant to the peripheral direction of the partition member 48 in opposition to a fluid outflowing direction X.
