PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily detachable and simple garbage box lightly transportable and easily fixable and supportable on wood and fences for use by eliminating problems of conventional garbage boxes used outdoors wherein they are difficult to handle since made of metals and heavy. SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical ring article 3 is formed of a band-like thick paper. String holes 4, slits 6, and guide holes 7 are formed on the side surface of the article to form a frame 2 for holding a garbage bag 8. The four string holes 4 are used for passing therethrough a string-like article 5 for fastening a garbage box to wood, and formed at the front surface of the ring article 3. Two packing strings are fitted to the string-like article 5 from the inside of the ring article 3. The elongated four slits 6 are used for locking the garbage bag 8 and formed at generally equal intervals while avoiding the areas of the string holes 4. The guide holes 7 are used for locking the garbage bag 8 smoothly to the slits 6, and extend through the center parts of the slits 6. The garbage bag 8 is inserted and attached to the inside of the frame 2 to form the garbage box. The upper end of the garbage bag 8 is folded to cover the frame 2.
