PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To park a bicycle body at a fixed position with such easiness that a front wheel of the bicycle is only stopped in an area between a step and a tire stop without requiring assistance of a bicycle arrangement personnel, to suppress break-in parking by installation of a side bar while solving the problem that the bicycle is damaged by contact with the adjacent bicycle. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking lot can park the bicycle at the fixed position by establishing the three of the step 2 into which the front wheel 1 of the bicycle is intruded; the tire stop for stopping the intruded front wheel; and the side bar 4 for suppressing the break-in parking on a floor surface 5 of concrete or the like.
