A panel pressing apparatus for removing bubbles and a bubble removing method by using the same are provided to remove the bubbles generated on a contact surface between a panel and a film by pressuring the panel by using a contact member, thereby reducing cost as a large auto clave apparatus providing a high pressure is not separately required. A panel pressing apparatus for removing bubbles comprises a frame(110), a support plate(120), a pressure plate(130), pressure units(150), heating units(160), and a contact member(140). The support plate is fixed on the frame to support a side of a panel(P) to which a film(F) is attached. The pressure plate moves toward the other side of the panel from the upper side of the support plate. A rear end of the pressure units is fixed on the frame to move the pressure plate in the pressure of 1 to 5 kg/cm2. The pressure units are spaced from each other at regular intervals to supply uniform pressure to the entire area of the panel. The heating units are respectively installed on the support plate and the pressure plate to emit heat so as to pressure the panel at the temperature of 50 to 70 degrees Celsius. The contact member is comprised of one of nitryl rubber, silicone, urethane, fluorine rubber, and ethylene with a hardness of 40 to 70 which contact the panel on a contact surface with the panel between the support plate and the pressure plate. The support plate, the pressure plate, and the contact member are formed with a greater area than that of the panel to pressure the entire panel. |
