A display system with plural display apparatuses, the display apparatuses and a display method thereof are provided to reduce cost for installing a real graphic card by using a virtual graphic card. A display system includes a host apparatus(20), a compressing unit, a main display apparatus(31) and a sub display apparatus(32). The host apparatus(20) generates a main image signal and a sub image signal. The compressing unit compresses the sub image signal generated by the host apparatus(20). The main display apparatus(31) displays images on the basis of the main image signal generated by the host apparatus(20). The sub display apparatus(32) receives the compressed sub image signal according to a general data protocol, extends the received sub image signal, and displays the images on the basis of the extended sub image signal.
