PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise switching speed of a communication path in a network system while securing reliability of communication.

SOLUTION: This communication equipment in the present embodiment is characterized by being comprised of: a storage means for storing receiving information received from a first information processor; a communication means for transmitting the receiving information taken out from the storage means to a second information processor as transmitting information via at least one communication path of a plurality of communication paths and a monitoring means for monitoring confirmation information transmitted from the second information processor and instructing transmission of the receiving information to the second information processor as the transmitting information via other communication paths to the communication means when the confirmation information is not received in the communication equipment which relays the communication between the first and second information processors via the plurality of communication paths.
