<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance a peer-to-peer network to further adjust the interests of content right holders and peers and to operate the network more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A method for use in the peer-to-peer network connecting content uploaders and content downloaders has a step of paying the uploader for the content uploaded by the uploader in response to a request by the downloader for the content.
