<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch controller with which time duration to power restoration of a normal section is shortened and the number of times of reconnection can be reduced with respect to an accident of a distribution system, and to provide a switchgear. <P>SOLUTION: An accident is detected by an accident detecting part 73 based on a current signal S62 outputted from a current transformer 62 detecting current flowing in a switch 1. When the accident is detected, a decision part 75 opens the switch 6, calculates the number of times of the accidents. When the number of times of the accidents is not less than the prescribed number of times, which is set in a permission number setting part 78, a switching-on lock signal S75 locking switching-on of the switch is outputted. When voltage is applied only to a power supply side H, the switch 1 is opened and switching-on is not locked, a switching-on control part 71 switches on the switch 6 and resets the number of times of the accidents when a switching-on recognition part 76 recognizes the switching-on of the switch 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
