PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate management apparatus, a certificate management method and a certificate management program which can precisely and efficiently manage a certificate necessary for authentication for receiving service provision. SOLUTION: The certificate management apparatus 1 for managing the certificate necessary for authentication for receiving service provision from a service providing apparatus comprises a service management means 102 for managing service to be provided and a certificate management means 104 for managing the certificate necessary for the authentication for receiving service provision on the basis of a certificate table means 107 for managing correspondence between a held certificate and service to be provided by the certificate.
