PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information printed matter capable of mechanical reading with such a function that visual recognition of an existing information part with a specified information content, is impossible, extraction of the information content relative to the information part is performed by irradiation with near infrared rays, and mechanical reading of the extracted infrared information is carried out mechanically. SOLUTION: This information printed matter comprises an information part which is constituted of a fluorescent ink of infrared emission by excited near infrared rays, featuring the emission of a light of a wavelength on the longer wavelength side than a near infrared wavelength region under an excitation effect by the emission of the light of a wavelength belonging to the near infrared wavelength region; and an information camouflage part which is constituted of a camfoulage ink having the same hue as the information part and formed on the periphery of the information part in the way the edges of the information camfoulage part and the information part are hidden by pasting these two parts together and turning them over. Thus these information part and information camfoulage parts remain to be visually undistinguishable. Further, a transparent covering layer, a concealing layer, a pictorial pattern printing layer are formed in that order so as to at least cover the information part and the information camfoulage part.
