PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for a traffic control system, controlling transmission according to an attribute by obtaining the attribute of a communication data. SOLUTION: A reception means 401B receives communication data from a traffic signal controller 5. A reception means 401C receives communication data from an optical beacon 6. An attribute acquisition means 421 obtains the attribute of the received communication data. A transmission control means 431 then decides a transmission order and transmission timing of the received communication data based on the attribute, by referring to a priority table 432.
