PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel frame body device formed by cutting a first frame member and a second frame member formed of a long shape material having an internal structure in a predetermined length, and butting connectively the cut surfaces to each other to form a framework, heightening the safety by eliminating edge and metal burr at the corner part and has excellent appearance. SOLUTION: A first frame member 6 has a larger lateral width than a second frame member 7 in a front view, the first frame member is vertical frames disposed in both side parts, the second frame member is a lateral frame disposed on at least one of upper and lower parts, an outward projected part of the first frame member is a solid part 16, the end part of the second frame member and only the inside part of the first frame member corresponding to the thickness of the second frame member are cut at 45°to form an inclined cut surface 43, the solid part is cut in a plane orthogonal to the vertical direction of the first frame member to form a horizontal cut surface 44, the inclined cut surfaces of the first frame member and the second frame member are butted connectively, and the horizontal cut surface is exposed.
