PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for lifting having required strength and capable of reducing mass. SOLUTION: A main shaft part 1 fitted into a through hole in an object to be lifted sideways is constituted to fix an object 8 molded by synthetic resin to a central part of a steel bar 6 and composes a shaft axis part and an upper side part or a lower side part of the steel bar and a left side part and a right side part and the lower side part or the upper side part of the object molded by synthetic resin. A coming-off prevention mechanism 2 constitutes a bar-like part 21 by a front end part of the steel bar protruding onto a front side of the main shaft part, fixes a fixing plate 24 to the bar-like part by passing through a movable plate 22, sandwiches the movable plate in between the fixing plate and the main shaft part to move it in the vertical direction, prevents the movable plate from protruding onto an outer side from a position of an outer peripheral face of the main shaft part when the coupling device takes the upside down attitude, and protrudes the movable plate onto a lower side from the position of the outer peripheral face of the main shaft part when the coupling device takes the normal up and down attitude in pulling-out and insertion situation to realize coming-off prevention situation. A hoisting rope connection part 3 constitutes a main body 31 by a rear end part of the steel bar protruding onto a rear side of the main shaft part, and a connection hole 32 passes through the body.
