PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a winding/feeding device compact and reduce damage of a cable when winding and feeding of the cable by allowing a cable carrier to wind the cable into multiple layers in a rotating irradiation apparatus having the device for winding and feeding the cable. SOLUTION: This rotating irradiation apparatus stores the cable 9 for feeding a power and a utility in a multistage cable support 4 installed in the cable carrier 2 into the multiple layers and executes the winding and feeding. A frame part repeatedly coming into contact with the cable 9 out of frames 4a-4c constituting the cable support 4 is disposed with a roller 4d rotating freely. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
