PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be hardly contaminated, to obtain enough thickness to keep a sufficient magnetic sucking force and to reuse a magnet sheet by not directly exposing a piece of printed paper or the like. SOLUTION: A magnetic sticking sheet 100 comprises a base sheet 11 and a transparent cover sheet 15 that is formed in an almost identical outer shape with that of the base sheet 11 and is laminated as capable of heat-pressure bonding on the upper face 13 of the base sheet 11, with a part of rim portions 11a, 15a identical with the base sheet 11 being fixed as not releasable, in which a paper sheet is to be inserted and held between the base sheet 11 and the transparent cover sheet 15. The base sheet 11 comprises a multi-pole magnetized flexible magnet sheet 21 having different parallel magnetic poles disposed at a predetermined spacing on its lower face 19, and a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet 23 layered on the upper face 13 of the flexible magnet sheet 21.
