PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercooling releasing device capable of securing high stability for an ice making operation while being compact. SOLUTION: In this supercooling releasing device of releasing a supercooling state of supercooled water Ws introduced continuously from an introduction tube 5, in the device, and of feeding continuously an ice water slurry S (I, W) generated by the release of the supercooling state to an outside of the device, a device body 4K is formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape with a slurry feed-out outlet 6a formed in one end side along a cylinder axial direction, and with the closed other end, and a delivery port 5a of the introduction tube 5 is arranged in a condition to deliver the supercooled water Ws from the introduction tube 5 toward a bottom part 4b of the device other end, in an inside of the device body 4K.
