PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device capable of achieving miniaturization of a hinge part and applying further torque to a hinge shaft under an opened condition or a closed condition. SOLUTION: This hinge device is provided with the hinge shaft, a first cam arranged at a position separate from the hinge shaft and linearly moving according to rotation of the hinge shaft, an elastic body applying elastic force to the first cam, and a power transmission body transmitting the elastic force which is received by the first cam to the hinge shaft.
