A packer for injecting grout is provided to prevent a grout injection pipe from getting clogged when grouting to the deep ground. A packer for injecting grout includes an outer injection pipe(100) installed to inject a first grouting material, an inner injection pipe(200) inserted to the outer injection tube to inject a second grouting material, an air injection pipe(310) installed to one side of the outer injection pipe, an expansion member(300) installed to the outer circumference of the outer injection pipe and expanded by injecting air through the air injection pipe, and a mixing portion(400) installed to the bottom of the outer injection pipe to mix and discharge the first grouting material and the second grouting material injected through the outer injection pipe and the inner injection tube and provided with plural mixing pipes inserted and piled in the outer injection pipe and a partition plate installed in a vertically distorted structure to partition off an inner area of the mixing pipe to have mixing holes at two sides, wherein the bottom of the inner injection pipe is formed to be higher than the bottom of the outer injection pipe, and the mixing portion is formed between the bottom of the inner injection pipe and the bottom of the outer injection pipe. |
