<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit structure having a V-belt type automatic transmission between an internal combustion engine and a vehicle driving wheel and integrating these, which exhibits good maintenance properties for a clutch and prevents the influence of heat generation of the clutch on other parts. <P>SOLUTION: This structure is provided with an inner side case half body covering the V-belt type transmission consisting of a driving pulley and a driven pulley from the side of the internal combustion engine, and an outer side case half body covering the transmission from the outside. The supporting shaft of the driven pulley is passed through the outer side case half body and extended to the outside, and a centrifugal clutch is provided in the extended section.
