PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a file of large size without reduction or compression to a cellular phone so as to be accessible in the cellular phone. SOLUTION: The system comprises a file transfer server including a file format determination means for determining the file format of a received file; a file format conversion means for performing, conversion of the file format, when it is not a predetermined image file format, to the predetermined image file format; a file division means for acquiring vertical and horizontal pixel numbers after the conversion of the file format to the predetermined image file format, dividing the file into a plurality of tile-like slave images of predetermined size, and assigning serial file names thereto; a storage means for collectively storing position information for specifying positional relations in each divided image file and in the whole image in a specific folder; and an e-mail issuing means for forming an e-mail containing at least link information to URL of the folder in the text to a cellular phone e-mail address of the receiver.
