PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle capable of protecting an oxygen concentration sensor from a flying stone, without causing a cost increase. SOLUTION: A car body frame has a frame member laterally arranged so as to extend in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and a cross member for connecting the right-left frame members in the rear of an engine. An exhaust system has an inclined part extending backward and upward from below the cross member. The oxygen concentration sensor 68 is arranged between the cross member 21 and the inclined part 56b of an exhaust passage.
