PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of obtaining more quick cooling effect while reducing load of a compressor in cooling. SOLUTION: When an in-vehicle temperature is higher than a temperature outside the vehicle by a predetermined value or more, a control part 10 operates an external air introduction part 16a by an air-conditioning switching part 16, opens all window glasses 31a by a window opening/closing drive part 31 and changes an air direction plate 19a to a suitable direction by an air direction switching part 19 to change a blowing out direction of air blown out from a blowing out port to a central direction inside the vehicle. Further, in such an operation state, when the in-vehicle temperature becomes lower than a temperature in which a predetermined value is added to the temperature outside the vehicle, the control part 10 finishes the action of the external air introduction part 16a and operates an internal air circulation part 16b by the air-conditioning switching part 16, returns the opening/closing state of the window glass 31a to the original state by the window opening/closing drive part 31, and returns the direction of the air direction plate 19a to the original direction by the air direction switching part 19.
