PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear body structure of a vehicle improved in the strength of a floor panel rear part to cope with a rear collision more sufficiently. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left rear side frames 10 extending forward and backward are joined to the lower surface of a floor panel 1. A pair of right and left outside seat slide rails 20 extending forward and backward and a pair of right and left inside seat slide rails 30 arranged inside the pair of outside seat slide rails 20 are fixed to the top surface of the floor panel 1. Each outside seat slide rail 20 is arranged to be overlapped with each rear side frame 10 in a plane view. The rear end of the inside seat slide rail 30 is set on the front side of the rear end of the outside seat slide rail 20, and the rear end of the outside seat slide rail 20 and the rear end of the inside seat slide rail 30 adjacent to each other are connected to each other by oblique members 60c (66, 67).
