PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler traveling device protected from degrading the traveling performance, capable of preventing field surfaces and road surfaces from being roughened even if a track frame provided with ground rolling wheels changes the position downward relative to a body frame. SOLUTION: This crawler traveling device 1 includes: a hoisting drive mechanism 9 for supporting the ground rolling wheels 13 against the body frame 8 that drives the track frame 10 so as to hoist up and down; and a moving mechanism 14 for moving the ground rolling wheels 33 disposed on the front end supported by the track frame 10 in the upper or rear direction against the track frame 10 with the downward location change of the track frame 10 against the body frame 8.
