PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform monitoring high in reliability and stability with respect to whether a backflow preventing valve is perfectly closed and to achieve the facilitation and cost reduction of the monitoring. SOLUTION: In monitoring the abnormality in a metering process including a metering main processing process Sa for performing metering by forwardly rotating a screw 3 having a back flow preventing valve 2 installed on its leading end part and a metering post processing process Sb for performing metering post processing for closing the back flow preventing valve 2 after the completion of the metering main processing process Sa, an injection process Si for setting the screw 3 to a rotation free state after the completion of the metering post processing process Sb to advance and move the same is performed while the quantity Rd of rotation of the screw 3 is detected from the start of the injection process Si and, if the detected quantity Rd of rotation exceeds at least preset set quantity Rs, abnormality processing (S9) is performed.
