PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shooting a ball by setting the direction of the rotation axis of the ball to stabilize the flying trajectory of the ball. SOLUTION: The direction of the rotating axis of the ball is freely changed by changing the revolving speed of three rotors 7, 8 and 9 independently and by changing the revolving angles of the rotors. When the ball 13 is shot, pressure is applied to the ball simultaneously from three directions, so that the horizontal sliding of the ball on the surface of the rotors can be prevented, and the flying trajectory of the ball can be stabilized.
