The invention relates to pharmaceutical inhalation compositions and to powder inhalation compositions using finely dispersed biologically active substances which are based on inert support and are devoid of binding materials. The aim of the invention is to develop a pharmaceutical inhalation composition, in which the weight content of finely dispersed respirably-sized particles of a biologically active substance in combination with coarsely dispersed non-respirable particles of the inert support provide the maximum value of the quantity of a respirable fraction during inhalation taking into account a dosage error, wherein said biologically active substance should comprises a component which exhibits a pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiasthmatic and antiviral action. The inventive pharmaceutical inhalation composition comprises a finely dispersed biologically active substance in the form of respirably-sized particles and a cosily dispersed biological inert support in the form of particles of non-respirable size and is characterised in that the biologically active substance contains glutaryl-histamine at the following ingredient ratio: 1-50 mass % biologically active substance, the rest being biologically inert support.
