The heat exchanger (1) has a redirection of heat exchange fluid in depth and a number of heat exchange pipes, which are flow through in parallel tubing rows arranged by the heat exchange fluid. A partial bypass (7) is provided to one of the tubing rows. The partial bypass is formed by a pipe with a larger free passage area than the free passage area of the heat exchange pipes. The partial bypass is formed by a part of the inlet (5). The partial bypass is arranged at the narrow side of the heat exchanger.
