The fixed bed has belts for fixing an extrinsic person and self-endangering person to the bed, where the bed is designed as a mattress (1). Rod shaped fastening parts (5, 6) for belts are attached to narrow sides of the bed, and are not detachably connected with the mattress. The fastening parts are extended over entire length of the respective narrow sides, and are designed as metal rods.
