The device has a locking and regulating mounting part, and an actuator (5) that drives the mounting part. A shank connects the mounting part with the actuator, where the shank has two shank parts (4a, 4b). A unit is provided, which facilitates non-positive and/or positive connection of the shank parts. The unit is provided for positioning the shank part (4a) in a defined position, where the unit is provided as a reset spring (6). The unit is designed as a tooth or claw coupling (7), or as a coupling disk or as a taper-in-hollow taper-construction.
