The belt guide (1) has an outlet, through which a seat belt strap (2) of a three point belt is guided. A connecting element (3) connects the belt guide with a back rest (4) of a vehicle seat. An automatic movement device is arranged at the connecting element, where the movement device executes a linear movement of the outlet in an outlet direction of the seat belt strap. The movement device is connected with a pressure gauge of a pneumatic spring, which is integrated in the vehicle seat. The movement device is connected with an arm rest (6) at the vehicle seat.
