A small-sized shutter device is provided to save energy by maintaining an optical path in a closed or opened state continuously using cogging torque generated by stator cores. A small-sized shutter device comprises: a casing(10) wherein an optical path(1) is formed, a pair of stator cores(20) symmetrically spaced within the casing, a pair of shutter driving members(30) spaced to be rotatable on the casing between the stator cores, a pair of shutter members(40) interlocked with the shutter driving members to open/close the optical path selectively, and a pair of stopper members(50) symmetrically installed in the casing to limit rotation angles of the shutter driving members.
