A disconnector is provided to securely and completely seal an upper conductor of an upper cap and a lower conductor of a lower cap by integrated forming through insert injection. A disconnector includes an upper cap(100), a lower cap(200), and a spacer member(300). The upper cap and the lower cap is a nonconducting substance made of a phenolic resin, a melamine resin, and an epoxy resin. The upper cap and the lower cap are formed by injection forming. An upper conductor(110) with a projecting terminal(120) is joined to one side of the upper cap by insert forming. The upper cap is formed in a cylindrical shape having a female bolt unit(101) provided on an inner circumference surface of a lower part of the upper cap. A screw groove is formed in an upper part of the upper conductor. A knurling unit is processed on an outer circumference surface of the upper conductor. A concave groove(150) is inserted and joined to a center portion of the upper conductor. |
