FIELD: industry of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a binding agent comprising the following components, wt.-%: cement clinker, gypsum, ash from heat and power electric plant, blast furnace slag and, additionally, lime in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: cement clinker, 22-26; gypsum, 1-2; ash from heat and power electric plant, 6-13; blast furnace slag, 54-62, and lime, 6-8.
