A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and improve magnetic properties by limiting contents of Mn, C, sol-Al and N to proper ranges in a method for manufacturing a low temperature reheated grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by simultaneously performing decarburization annealing and nitriding. In a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by reheating a slab for the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising, by weight percent, 2.5 to 4% of Si, 0.02 to 0.07% of C, 0.025 to 0.04% of sol-Al, 0.002 to 0.01% of N, 0.01 to 0.04% of P, 0.001 to 0.01% of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitably added impurities to not higher than 1250 deg.C, hot-rolling the reheated slab, annealing a hot-rolled steel sheet, cold-rolling the annealed steel sheet, simultaneously performing decarburization annealing and nitriding of the cold-rolled steel sheet, and subjecting the decarburization annealed and nitrided steel sheet to second recrystallization annealing, a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties comprises controlling Mn to a content range of 0.03 to 0.1% by weight, and limiting the amount of free sol-Al by the content of C according to the formula, 1.43ÎC(wt.%)-0.006<=free sol-Al<=1.43ÎC(wt.%)-0.03. The method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties further comprises controlling an accumulated reduction ratio range of in final three passes of the hot-rolling process to at least 80%.
|
