FIELD: shipbuilding; propulsive systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed propulsive system equipped with submersible electric motor has autonomous body and reversible submersible electric motor whose stator is secured to body and rotor is provided with circular ring on its inner side. Stator coils are located in circular position in parallel with motor central axis. Rotors with circular rings are coaxially mounted on both butts of stator, propeller blades being secured to its inner surface. Inner diameter of circular ring is equal to inner diameter of stator. Both rotors have common shaft which is simultaneously used as propeller shaft. Shaft is secured to pillars attached to load-bearing structures of body and/or stator. Propeller hubs are provided with shaft bearings. ^ EFFECT: improved propulsive characteristics of ship; reduction of acoustic noise. ^ 7 cl, 3 dwg
