Decoloration of condensed juice if carried out with activated carbon in its consumption 0.2-0.6% to condensed juice mass. Then the decolorated condensed juiced is filtered and fed into fourth carcass. Syrup after a concentrating block is mixed with sugar clarification, filtered and massecuite is boiled down from it in vacuum device of the first crystallization.
