<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing cold offset or hot offset from occurring by lessening the fall of the temperature of a fixing member immediately after continuous paper passing. <P>SOLUTION: When voltage (V1) detected by a voltage detection means is equal to or above predetermined voltage (V0), a varying means is controlled so that the number of conveyed sheets (CPM) per unit time may be a predetermined normal value (N) (step S3).
