<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer use management system, enabling a user to set users and the time to use PCs to a computer managed by a manager. <P>SOLUTION: The computer use management system comprises a management computer 1 and a user computer 2. The manager forms, by use of the management computer 1, management information including an available time describing an available time of the user computer 2 and a user ID showing a user who can use the user computer 2 in the available time for each user computer 2, and delivers the formed management information to each user computer 2.
