<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed electronic watermarks of attached information to main information, wherein the attached information cannot be uncovered fraudulently, is less likely to be altered intentionally, and is less likely to be modified unconsciously. <P>SOLUTION: According to a prescribed encoding algorithm, following a performance control data or a non-performance data, the same performance control data or the same non-performance data as the formers are added as a dummy data to the main information, and the electronic watermark according to the dummy data is embedded to the main information. Alternatively, the dummy data are embedded to the main information, and time information for indicating a time position of the dummy data is set according to desired attached information, thereby embedding the electronic watermark according to the time information for indicating the time position of the dummy data in the main information. Alternatively, a dummy channel which does not use a channel of a plurality of sound source channels, for sound outputting, is added, and the electronic watermark according to the added dummy channel is embedded to the main information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
