ORIGINAL PLATE OF LETTERPRESS PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate of letterpress printing which is improved in a printing quality in a solid portion.

SOLUTION: The original plate of letterpress printing has a printing layer (A) containing a resin cured matter. The root-mean-square square roughness Rq of the surface of the printing layer (A) is 0.3-2.4 μm, the maximum height Ry of the printing layer (A) 8-21 μm and the ten-point average roughness Rz of the printing layer (A) 8-21 μm.
